Let It Be A Slump

Unread postby zardoz » Tue Jun 05, 2007 12:11 pm

is it time to be looking for an actual 'problem' with the pitching staff or is it one of those contagious 'slumps' ? we know individual players go through it. ask hafner. whole teams go through it. and obviously so do pitchers. at least i'm really praying that's all it is. only time will tell, but let's hope it's a real short time. these guys CAN get the job done, we've seen it. while my frustration wants to send someone back down, or get rid of willis (please), history tells me, wait and see. losing to KC had to be a shocker. but having to deal with detroit, boston, and detroit again has got to be taxing. i'm sure this is a very needed day off. so cross your fingers that the 'SLUMP' ends and look forward to when the whole team fires on ALL cylinders. and won't THAT be a site to see.
