Glad they are gonna be giving him a shot. I don't know what the hell else you can do in the minors and not get the call up.
Hopefully they've found a diamond in the rough. We are fucking due.

I wouldn't hold my breath. Canzler hit .265 at AAA this year at age 26 with an OPS of .815, which is in the same neighborhood as teammates Matt LaPorta (.820) and Vinny Rotino (.809).
IOW, I think he's about as good as LaPorta and Rottino. At age 26.
That being said, he does look like a major league hitter so far with the Indians in a very small sample size. I think it's just a matter of time before the pitchers find the holes in his swing, and then he'll be Shelley Duncan.
