The Tribe is knocking on last place in the Division.
Just wondering what the record for the quickest descent (post all-star break) from first to worst is in terms of number of games.
It seems like just yesterday, the Tribe was in 1st place. Does anyone know the last date that the Tribe was actually in first this year and what their record was at the time?

I am gonna assume that the ChiSox finish their W off with the Tigres, and that the Twinkies finish off their W against the Tribe. If these games hold out...

The Tribe went from first place after 70 games to last place after 141 games. It took 71 games and 79 calendar days to go from first to worst. It woulda been quicker, but the Twins sucked at a high degree as well.
