Ubaldo found it. He's going to go 8-1 in his next 9 starts. He's starting to throw all of his pitches for strikes. Did you see those guys swinging and missing? He had them fooled! What a brilliant display of pitching! He'll be our ace next season after he finishes 2012 with a bang.

Since I am out of the cleveland market all I ever see is the yankees or red sox for national games which is 90% of the time. That means i have to listen to this NESN color man and it is makes me sick.

Don Orsillo is the Sox announcer and Jerry Remy the colour guy.

Sorry, haven't a clue. We don't have cable/dish/directTV/fios so I don't ever see them. Maybe the RedSux site has broadcaster info? I'd look but the damned MLB site freezes my computer until the ad it was blocking finally gives up.

I only know of nasally, annoying PBP radio guy Joe Castiglione and his rather decent (almost Hammy-sounding) sidekick Dave Somethingorother. Sorry.

Thanks DAZ and Am I Here Again, but it was really a rhetorical question. Jerry Remy sounds familar like he played for them back in the day or something. Don't bother looking it up i was just wanting to put a name to the turd. The play by play man is actually fine. A somewhat generic prototype. kind of sounds like sean mcdonough(sp?)

at least the tribe has alead, let's hope they hold it. 19k in attendance just announced, which is remarkable based on their play lately. is it dollar dog night?

I believe the dogs are a buck but neither Hammy nor Rosie have mentioned it - or I missed it.

Yup, Remy played with them for a while. He's gone through a scary cancer episode so I'm at least glad he's OK enough to call games again. Just glad I don't hear him.

This side of the pond, the US sports channel for some reason has a habit of carrying a lot of Red Sox and Yankees games..... you get to know all their PBP guys after a while.
