Wow. Well, he DOES bat right-handed. OTOH he looks like another LaPorta - great minor numbers, so much suck in the majors. *sigh*

Well, I for one am really hot about losing Chris Schwinden to sign this guy. Schwinden had the look of a perennial All-Star.

32 year olds with 69 career at bats warrant their own thread now?

Nope, the fact that we've all (including Hammy and Rosie) have been clamoring for a right-handed bat who could play left field and THIS is the kind of suck TPTB come up with. Just another kick in the....teeth to Tribe fans. Time to Fill The House one more time...and then at the same time everyone salute. (mooning)

I have been in an NL only keeper league for years. I have heard of every possible prospect to come through the NL.

And I say, who the hell is Vinnie Rottino?

I'm pretty sure he was one of the kids in the movie Bronx Tale.

On the subject of minor leaguers and New York teams.... the Yankees have released Adam Miller (yes, THAT Adam Miller) from their AA club.

How long before there are calls for him to be signed and be the saviour of our 6th inning bullpen struggles!?!

You know Pup your "subscript" right-handed bat thing is a bit misleading......at first glance it appears the power totals are so pathetic we are at the very end of that list as Team vs. individual HR right sided totals while ACTUALLY WE ARE TIED WITH 12 individual players as team at the end of the list.

At any moment one of our 2-3 righties could crush one.
