I just hope if I have to run out for a few minutes and listen to the game in my car, it's actually when Tom Hamilton is calling the game. I swear, every time I'm in the car during the games this year, I have to listen to Jim "Captain Nasal Tone" Rosenhaus call an inning.

After 30 seconds, I want to listen to Nickelback just to kill the pain of listening to that boring-ass motherfucker. I can't understand how this guy now is in his third season.

I've listened to zoning presentations that had more life than his play-by-play.

Just spoke with former #Indians announcer Mike Hegan. He is on the call with @IndiansRadio tonight on WTAM 1100 and the Radio Network.

Makes it sound like Hammy has other obligations tonight. Possibly his kid's MAC Tournament game in Avon. He goes to Kent State.

But, yes, Rosenhaus is pretty brutal. Very knowledgeable guy. Just makes the game sound like paint is drying on the field.

Masterson is now listed as the starter for Cleveland. Anyone with any info?

Edit...not sure I am right. I saw the lineups listed on sportsnetwork.com and that is where Masterson is listed as the starter. Not sure that is true.

Haven't seen it on Twitter at all.

It's possible, as the Indians had Monday off and Masterson would be on regular rest.

Indians gameplan to Miggy is fastballs up and in.

We'll see how that changes from series to series. He adapts too well. They can't do that all season.

Nice aggressive start from Z-Mac pounding the zone. Caught a little too much of the plate to Miggy on the 0-2, but other than that nice to see plenty of strikes in the early going.

Gotta give some props to McAllister so far.... 5 aggressive innings and only 59 pitches.

We make Fister throw nearly 30 in the first and let him off the hook and surprise, surprise he's now settled down.

Time for the bats to make some noise..... bottom of the order magic?

Did we trade Austin Kearns for Zack? THAT, was a great trade, even if the kid's arm flies over the backstop next pitch.

/I think Kearns is still playing...he is, for the Marlins. Doing well in a PH role.

Yeah, and then we signed Kearns to come back during that following offseason. So, we got McAllister for a couple months of Kearns.

Ump was calling him safe before Carlos dropped the ball.

Looked like Dirks foot was there before the ball, but actually slid over the bag - ump obviously thought he touched the plate.

Were those runs earned? They shouldn't be. At least the 1st runner advanced to interference. I think maybe the 2nd one counts tho.

Oh and...Detroit is the best team in baseball, they never blow 2 run leads. (smoke)

Wasn't blocking the plate either.

If Santana picks it clean, he's out. He bobbled it and didn't secure it, so it took him longer to apply the tag. Pick, swipe, out. None of those things happened.

Edit: Of course if Choo catches a line drive, it's irrelevant.

Both earned..... no official errors but 2 or 3 misplays definitely.
