Terrific approach against Felix.

All the credit to Bruce Fields. :hide:

Nice to get all of those 2 out runs. Good work, boys.

Choo at the top is having the Sizemore effect on this offense. Brilliant move by Acta.

It's gonna be nice to have Grady back (if healthy) we could have a nice long lineup 1-9.*

*assuming Kotchman pulls it together and Hannahands is healthy.

Great job by the lineup to work Felix for over 100 in less than 4 innings.

Be nice if we could avoid the normal "shut down after the starter pulled early" routine.

Yep. Break Seattle's spirit. If you include being in Seattle prior to leaving, they're going to be in their 5th city in 8 days when they leave Cleveland tomorrow. 3 @ NYY, 2 @ BOS, 2 @ CLE, 3 @ COL.

Add on, blow them out, and then take advantage tomorrow on getaway day.

Way to hammer that ball, Damon.

Brantley should have run straight home and tested that ROOK catcher (who is having a terrible D game today.)

2 boneheaded plays right after another. I'm more mad at Brantley for not getting to home plate before the former Idiot was tagged out

If you had told me this is how today's game would start I would have sent you to the nearest shrink. Or bartender. I'm guessing for THIS crowd the shrink would be cheaper.

While the Tribe was having a good half of the fourth inning I was afraid Ubaldo would come out and throw a crappy 5th. Seemed like he had a rough half-inning when he had to sit a while. Glad he proved my theory wrong.

I'm not sure 3 runs in 6 innings against the Mariners can ever be qualified as a good start, but I guess it'll do!

Beat the bad teams, play even with the good teams. Seems like the Tribe has traditionally played to the level of their competition. Glad they are beating crappy teams most of the time this year.

It's AL only. Musial and Walker don't apply.

Carew and Ichiro for sure. Not sure on DiMaggio.

Edit: No Molitor. .353 was his high season.

AL only was it??

You're welcome dipshit (I've given up on the Big Budget thing).

BTW, because it's true and because I love to piss on parades, how typically Hafner is that HR in an 8-3 game against a fucking scrub mop up man?

I love Hafner. Think he's been a great representative for the team and town and all he does is shut up and play.

But my God is he relegated to getting hs licks in on most days against guys like Iwakuma in games like this.

Thank Christ there's so much shitty pitching in the game today.

Fuck sakes, McPeek. If you found a $100 bill on the ground, you'd find a way to bitch about it. Probably for having to take the effort to bend over and pick it up.

Accardo's already better than Dan Wheeler. I'm not sure that Wheeler had a 1-2-3 inning all year.

Be better if the $100 was in a wallet on a park bench for sure. Good call.

That was a preemptive shot across Prosecutor's bow when he tells me with Ubaldo turning it around and the fearsome Pronk in the order that the schedule and offense combine to make the Indians the AL pennant favorite.

Look at those awful effing dogs. And a 250lb asshole with a fucking rat-like creature tucked in his coat.

Vinnie Chulk is pitching for the Brewers. His 5th appearance.

Entered the game with a 10.80 ERA, 2.80 WHIP, and a .423 BAA.

No dude.

Real effing dogs.

Just like they do at Fenway and just like they attracted 40k a night here in the mid 90's. By letting every knob pulling hump in Cuyahoga County bring the pomeranian to the park.

Keep that shit at Classic Park or Canal Park please.

I'd fire the intern that came up with that stupid promotion or at least punch her right in the baby maker.

Will there ever be "Bring your tarantula" night?

I would have taken my dog, but he's so dumb he'd jump on the field to chase the ball.

Tarantula's do not do well in that much light, stadium lighting can be high in lux and the U2 value would suggest significant visual discomfort.

I'd just leave it home, or kill it, either way.

Im watching the game right now because I DVRed it. Damon just caught the final out in the first and looked to throw the ball from mid-left field into the bleachers but he kind of double clutched and thought twice like he knew no way in hell the ball would make it :lmfao:

Will Rhymes just passed out in the middle of the Rays game.

Got hit by a pitch in the arm and went to first..... arm ballooned, he dropped to his knees feint and then passed out.

Getting treatment on the field now.

Don't they have that promotion every season? Must work wonders with attendance. 12,000+ showed up.

Because they're on a shelf he can't reach. He did get a blueberry pie off the counter once. Instead of eating it on tile floor, he drug it onto the carpet and decided the filling sucked and he only at the crust.
