Just came across my Twitter, Chris Sale is going to go for an MRI on his left elbow.

Just came across my Twitter, Chris Sale is going to go for an MRI on his left elbow.

Apparently it was scheduled BEFORE he pitched yesterday.

How irresponsible is it of an organisation to let him continue to pitch after he's been scheduled for an MRI for a sore elbow.... it's just absolutely crazy!!

Listened to the CHI feed during the maybe-it-will-rain-out. They were discussing how the CHI brass are split (and apparently a bit of in-house arguing) with whether Sales should be a starter or reliever. Goes back to what Hammy was saying during yesterday's game about how high Sales was picked - don't want to spend that kind of money on a reliever, yadayadayada. Whatever...

That kid can pitch. I mean, he's impressive even though my waif-like 17-year old daughter may outweigh him.

They need to put him one place or the other and leave him the hell alone or they will get him hurt if they haven't already.
