Lots of bad weather in the area. Looks like they might just dodge the worst of it. I hope so...this every other day baseball is driving me crazy.

How do you just 'wave' at a 3-1 pitch? 3-1 you swing as hard as you can. That was just terrible Brantley.

Kotchman actually hits it out of the infield!

You're loathed to make these kind of statements this early in the season, but Jeanmar is starting to look like a legit major league pitcher.

Meanwhile...... Hannahan has forgotten how to play defense!!

Get the cat all the body armor necessary and have him get hit 20 times a year.

I agree. I really like Hannahan. If he can hit .250 all year with plus defense I am inclined to take it. He seems all about the team and busting his ass. Hard not to root for a guy like that.

I'm just thrilled that the Royals in 2 nights have seemingly kick started our season.

I want a team crisp and on a little edge. Love what Jeamar and Jack did too.
Playing here is the closest thing to heaven. Really, I mean it's amazing to be in a place where the fans truly cherish their football team and stick behind them win or lose. We players love them, too. I feel a sense of accomplishment playing here, we are a special breed of football players with a great opportunity." ~ tOSU LB Brian Rolle

Choo has a cannon for an arm, but I swear he takes the worst routes on fly balls. I see Little Leaguers do better than him on a regular basis.

Poppycock.

You can hot whoever you want. But if you do it intentionally you're getting tossed as you should.

Not sure Moustakas agrees that one of theirs can't get hit. ;-) ;)

Where it blows is like in opener when Blue Jays and Tribe were warned and Choo got buzzed without Toronto pitcher getting tossed.

I was unbelievably shocked at Ubaldo's first start this year, and my prayer every night is that he holds onto his hatred and loathing of Troy Tulowitzki and Carlos Gonzalez for 162 games and takes it to the mound 35 straight times. It just may work!!
