With a "B"
Rewards for McCourt living right I guess.
Like Calcaterra said, owning a MLB franchise is a license to print money. I've been sympathetic to Dolan's ownership until now. But with the revelation of the Indians profit and now this... time to call bullshit on all of the crying poor.
I got this one rule. I never go out with girls who say "bitchin'".

I'm sorry. I just can't get over this. $2.15B.
That's just silly.

Peeker asked me to ask you if you'd be so kind as to bump this when you in fact are over it?
Thanks in advance.

Magic not only beat AIDS, he musta found a way to live to 175, cause if he expects any ROI, he'll need to get there.

My question is what did the next highest bidder offer to move the final price $2.15 billion? The Sales price was originally figured to be around $1.4 Billion. How the hell did that number jump $ 750 million?

Heard Garvey say his group offered 1.2, woulda went to 1.4.
It was also pretty clear during the interview that he was astonished someone would go higher than 1.4, let alone over 2.

Were the other groups bidding on all the land surrounding the stadium as well? Not sure it is worth an extra $1B...but.
