I think they will. I truly believe some mope will tell me you're perfectly fine if he gets 300+ ABs in LF because he's hitting Week 1 fastballs a long way in the desert.

In fact, you know it's gonna happen and people who should really and truly know better will be blinded by the spring sun.

No, not everyone over 15 understands this. I would site the people who think Jack Hanahan is a starting major league 3rd baseman based on the fact he got his average up over .245 by feasting on minor leaguers the last month of a lost season.

Never mind Shelly Duncan blowing for years, hanging on to a major league job only because of pedigree and being a team guy. Or Hanahan looking like he should be hitting behind the National League pitcher for the bulk of his existence - just pay close attention to the first weeks of spring training and the last weeks of September, and pretend that is really major league baseball.

Don't forget, Pros has em' down for about 35 taters this year.
