And closing for Buffalo is ?????

Unread postby MadThinker88 » Tue May 08, 2007 10:53 am

:?:

With all the recent moves and the injury to Tony Sipp, who is 'closing' the games for Buffalo now?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Sikorski.

But, it doesn't matter really. The closer's role in the minors is not what it is in the majors since the Indians don't necessarily use closer per se, according to Atkins.

One of my favorite Buff lines from last year ...

Thanks for the info Consigliere.

Seeing that Bubbie had been moved up from Akron, I was thinking he might get the nod.

I'm actually surprised that Sikorski is still around at all. Perhaps he is filling the Oldberto role in the Bison pen.

I guess I needed to add the :roll  after my comment about Sikorski and the Bison pen.

Any idea on the health status of Sipp? I haven't read anything as of late so have no idea when he may be ready to return.
