Yep (and I agree with Am I here Again- look it up or read the column posted here Sunday fer God's sake) Lazy bastards. :

It's a long season, Paul has 3 kids under 5, a new house, a wife, a life and a career. Sometimes you need to chill out and writing (especially when it ain't for your career even if you're one of the top 2 Tribe writers out there) becomes a drain. A huge drain.

Unfortunately for some PC also has his priorities straight. His kids and family are growing and he wants more of his time in front of them and not his computer.

Hopefully he finds a balance and can give us something each week. If he can, awesome, if not? Well, dude's still one of the very best people I've met. Not just here, anywhere.

My bet? Way too much Tribe blood and passion and we see a weekly something. Not 3 weekly somethings. I'm hoping.

I found out about TCF by reading The DiaTribe, (when Paul C. was "Pat Tabler")

I've always been awed by how prolific he has been. And anyone who has ever written a blog knows you just have to take a breather from time to time. With three kids that young, I'm amazed he's continued it as long as he has.

When you're ready to go again, Paul, we'll be back reading.

Naw Goog, never wanted to put the time in it would take to develop my writing skills beyond my pure bidness skill set I currently have.

That said, don't worry, Demetrius will do a damn good job here on the Cavs and I'll call him and idiot when he doesn't.

Plus I'd rather write about the NBA w/ just a focus on the Cavs and my gawd, the writing talent out there on blogs on the NBA blows away all other sports (baseball is real close though). It's a ridiculously impossible mountain to even stare up at, especially when you are a shitty writer like me.

One last comment: all it would need to be is basically what you already do-
reference various takes/sources and state opinions. No need to develop writing skills, or compete with what is already out there. Some would like you, some would hate you, but both would read.
