Hafner grounded out to third? Did they use the shift?

I would request Victor get hotter, but I'm afraid he would burrow to the Earth's core.

How much longer are we going to have to endure Oldberto? Any ideas how long before he dies of old age?
Coming from a Wolverine, we're the football equivalent of a formerly abused wife of a meth addict who just remarried the safe nice guy. We're just glad we have someone who's aware that it's a rivalry and that tackling on defense is integral. Baby steps.

We sure didn't get much help from Trot tonight. As hot as Victor has been we haven't capitalized with the two guys behind him tonight.

Fultz is in. Get the grounds crew ready to repair padding on the outfield walls between innings.

According to Gameday, Fultz struck out Phillips by throwing exactly one of four pitches in the strike zone.

Now Rouse singles.

This is the Tribe's 25th game.

Fultz has pitched in 15 of them. Oldberto? 14.

Why the hell didn't Gibbons go to one of his two lefties here?

Why go to a lefty now? So Michaels bats for Dellucci...then again, Dellucci's playing pissed. Maybe he'll get a chance.

No. We could be 9-2 in Jacobs Field if we win this one. The magic just might be back.

Super Joe, the team definitely has a very nice vibe about them right now. The bats are starting to come around and the pitchings been just good enough.

Wickowski time. Buckle up.

Detroit didn't play, so we're now 2 full games up on them. Twins lose. Sox don't play, so we gain another half game on them. Royals win, but they suck so it doesn't matter.

Dellucci is my pizan. I know some people knock that signing, but I have always sort of liked it. Reminds me a lot with his presence of a lot of those Yankees players in the late 90s when no one wanted to mess with them and it was a true team concept in the clubhouse and on the field.
