You knew Brantley was really hurting, hopefully he can be healthy for ST.

Ridiculous to the sublime.
Choo gets hurt again before they announce Brantley is done for year. Tomlin's gone since last time through rotation...Jesus Christ.
When does it stop?
Yet they won't quit punching. Gotta respect it.

Good to hear that for Brantley's it's something so insignificant as the hamate bone. Guys play without it all the time. I was afraid it was a wrist tendon issue or something to that effect.
No lasting effects is great news. Explains why they let him play through it. Just painful, can't really get worse.
A God Damn dead man would understand that if a minor league bus in any city took a real sharp right turn, a Zack McCalister would likely fall out. - Lead Pipe

They're not going to have 40 players left to fill the roster next week...
If you know anybody in sports medicine, let them know. Hopefully there will be several openings next spring.
What do you mean Akron isn't in the same market as Cleveland? We're close enough to be fucked by it's sports curse.

Same injury that shut Thome down in the '96 playoffs.

Apparently, the Tribe doesn't prefer Head.
