It would have been if he dove for it. He could have had it.
But he's a pussy who won't go for anything out of his reach. I still remember Choo giving up on a catchable ball late in a game when Cliff Lee had a no-hitter going against the Cardinals. Choo should have crashed into the wall to catch it, but he just gave up. Unaccceptable.

Oh my God. The guy's played a superb first base both games this series.

Sizemore's got the day off, so instead of posting "Sizemore sucks" after every single one of his at bats we're going to get the "Tall first Baseman" pleas that began yesterday. All that's going on with the squad and 3 inches shaved off a first baseman is going to be an issue.
Christ on a pony.

I'm thinking Buck has been watching Choo!
That bad route cost us a run and could cost us the game. C'mone offense, are you here tonight?

I didn't say he's bad. He's excellent. He's very skilled.
He's just short. And that can make a difference on a play here and a play there. And a play here and a play there can make a difference in a game.

Fortunately Chacin is at 85 pitches through 5, so hopefully he only has 1 more inning in him.

Well you have your 5'11" Santana....or you can have the 6'2" LaPorta. Pick your poison.
