I know it's early an the lineups aren't up yet, but I'm going out with my family tonight and needed to start the thread for superstitious reasons. Go Tribe!

I had a feeling Haf would sit out today after he only played every other day on his rehab (even if it was only 2 games).

I heard yesterday that the plan was to sit Hafner today and play him again on Sunday. Then if all goes well he will he back to every day.

Little CC has got nasty stuff, that much is certain. He makes alot of hitter look foolish on some oh they swings they take. Seems he keeps most hitters off balance.

His stuff has never been in question..... he was the Phils #1 prospect back-to-back seasons (and #2 the 3rd year).

The knock on him as always been his composure.... he was said to cave in when things didn't go his way.

Hopefully these last few starts are dispelling that thought.

Nice outing by little CC. McCutchen was the one guy I feared most this series and thus far we have made him look foolish.

I was just thinking the same thing. What kind of pitcher gives up two hits to Austin Kearns? Answer: the same pitcher that throws over to first base twice when Austin Kearns is on.
