We not swing at straight fastballs? Or even protect the runner?

Eh I have no problem with those high strike calls. He's calling it both ways at least. It's only a matter of time before Buckner starts being inconsistent.

If we could get a hit before 2 soft outs that would be fantastic

Maybe if we put a pitcher under some pressure we might score a run

Can we please just cut our losses with LaPorta? He's worthless.

Play Marson every day and put Santana at 1B. Better defense.

I'd sell Kearns and LaPorts to Cambodia's baseball league out of spite.

Count in his favor and Kearns hacks away at a slider.

That was pathetic execution.

Nice base hit for Swisher. The official scorer here is a joke.

This is so pathetic. The best player for our team today has been Russell Martin. :thud:

I can't stand watching this YES feed. All they've done for 3 games is just completely shit on the Indians. Granted it might be warranted, buts its annoying as hell.

I know we suck right now. But do these "official" scorers at skankee stadium have to make it look worse that it is? In real life it's bad enough...so call an error an error already! I'm gonna go vacuum...it's got to be more fun that this.

Giving up 18 hits and leaving 12 men on base is not good. Also losing 10 of the last 11 is not good.

We're at 34-29 right now. Will we win a game before we drop below .500? These next four look iffy with one last game at NY and then up to the Motor City for three. *gasp* We could watch the Kitties pass us up right before our very eyes! At least we might take one from the Pirates or Rockies when they come to our house. *sigh*

So were we bad-but-really-lucky the first two months? Or are we still a decent-but-playing-badly team? Boy those first two months of this season were fun!
