Any New Englanders out there know the Boston station that does their version of Extra Innings? Was thinking of doing a search and listen to them whine about the rain and that it should of been called when they were up 2-1. Go Tribe!

The Pedroia injury was huge:

2. He makes the play on Hannahans leadoff single in the 8th.

If he's out for the next two games. Get your brooms out with the umbrellas.

Found this on SI: "Francona will stick with his previous plan and have Pedroia sit out Tuesday." So it looks like we won't have to put up with Peedee until Wednesday...maybe. Maybe he can slip on the clubhouse steps and be out for the rest of the series...

Found WEEI and they were streaming the basketball game. Came back here and looked up 98.5, listened to a segment and it was all Bruins. C'mon, ESPN says it's the best baseball town in America!

Almost thinking about getting in the car and driving to the spot I can get WTAM to hear Hammy's highlights. And yes, I can get WTAM in Huntsville, AL (650 mi away) on most nights.

The highlights are posted on the WTAM website later in the evening.

To make it harder to cut the audio. It's the only real safeguard they have considering it's property of MLB or the Indians Radio Network.

True, its a watermark to prevent other people from ripping it off and claiming it as their property.

FYI: WTAM can come in clearly at night depending on where you are located in Eastern Mass. It comes in better on the highways than in town.

We're near Sturbridge. I can usually get WTAM once the sun goes down in Long Island (there's a low-watt station on 1100 there). I can usually get the WTAM streaming on-line after games (as long as the engineer remembers to switch from ComedyCrap to post-game). Problem is I really don't like listening to Nick Camino. Some nights I'll listen just long enough to see who is on that night. Last year I used to listen to Greg Brinda on WKNRs stream but this year when I head over there it seems like they're playing something else. So I read the on-line stories. Good to see the national sports sites have to talk nice about us.
