Gully wash. Tripods sent me a pic from his phone. Outfield and track looked like a water fowl sanctuary. And I'm posting this from Lodi OH where it's raining buckets and buckets. Shitty all over the region I guess.

I thought that field had unbelieveable drainage ability.
Maybe ex-Indians know how to stop it up.
Damn Wedge.

Former Tribe managers who end up at Seattle have ways to work the weather to postpone games. Remember when Grover was at Seattle and kept arguing that the visibility was too bad (snow) to see the ball when we just needed one more out to have an official game and a Tribe (opening day?) win. Hargrove's "human rain (snow) delay" even worked as a manager. He spent enough time arguing that it got bad enough that he was right. Didn't we end up playing that home game against Seattle... in Minnesota??

Grover was actually managing the Orioles when that happened. Kept Paul Byrd from a five-inning no-hitter.

No, that was with Seattle. I remember Adrian Beltre playing third base and his 3 errors, practically wearing a snowsuit under his uniform.
We played that one home game against Seattle on a Monday when SEA was back in town. We had to lose a home date and play one of the SEA games in SEA when we went out there.
Season "home" opener was in Milwaukee against Anaheim.
