Acta will make unnecessary changes to the bullpen (switching \Sipp and Pesto's roles) But he won't sort out the lineup.

Just a greedy, dumb play there. He's fast and in scoring position regardless, no need for the extra base because he's most likely going to score on a single anyway. I'll take that double play though.

Perez should have a straight forward save facing the bottom of the order

Jack had the presence of mind to head back to the bag. Marson was covering first.

With a day off since the last time he pitched, he should be better. He seems to have trouble when pitching on back to back appearances.

They have some of their best hitters in the bottom of the order. And a good bench. Nothings ever easy.

Should never make the last out of the inning at 3rd base.

And the presence of mind to look at 2B and slow him down before going to 1B.

Hannahan has a very high baseball IQ.

If he keeps this up we can trade him a la Kelly Shoppach to a team that needs a starting catcher.

Element of surprise worked well. Good call by the 2B ump too.

Just a perfect all around play by the Angels. Couldn't have executed it any better, and it had to be perfect to get Marson.

Very nice win! I already consider this a successful road trip at 3-3 with wins in games started by Brett Anderson and Weaver. If we can go 4-2 tomorrow against Haren it will be all the better.

Again, I love this team!

Wooo! A good team win

Shame we couldn't have sneaked last night's game and earned the series and at least a 4-2 road trip but I think we all agreed 3-3 would suffice and we have that at the minimum.

We haven't lost a half game lead while on this tricky road trip. Good news.

Another chance to learn a lot about this team tomorrow. Some teams tend to mail it in on a getaway day when they've secured a .500 trip. I'd love to see them come out motivated and bring him a 4-2 trip.

Might really need it too.

Counting today, The Indians face Jared Weaver, Dan Haren, David Price, James Shields, and Jeremey Hellickson in their next six games. Its going to be rough.

Listened to most of the game, watched the rest via play-by-play on my phone (LOVE technology!). Kinda hard to sit at the computer and type when your hands are busy...

Great game by all! Even Sizemore got 'er done when we really needed him to keep an inning going. Really impressed with White; got out of a couple of tight jams. And I'm not really surprised we actually got to Weaver. Listened to the LA feed of his last game Monday when he pitched to the Red Sux. I mentioned in a thread on that day that he was struggling to pitch decent and left the game losing. Glad to see the Tribe handed him his second loss of the year. Go Tribe! And Perez? WOW. Just WOW!

3-3 would be nice but 4-2 would be MUCH nicer. Come on boys, win one for the Moms! I'll be busy...hubby is at my beck-and-call and we'll be out an about doing stuff he hates. ;-) ;) But will still keep tabs on the game...
