Brennan Boesch had the absolute worst three-game series I have ever seen somebody have.

We're about two innings away from having a 10 game lead over both the Twins and White Sox on May 1st.

Twins trail 7-3 Bot 8

W/Sox trail 6-1 Bot 7

Indians 6-8 hitters: 6-for-8, 5 RBI. Indians 1-5 hitters: 2-for-19, 5 K.

That's what it takes. Different hero every night.

Agree but it doesn't hurt that the structure of the lineup and the makeup of this team is what it is. When you have a guy like Brantley and a wildcard like LaPorta at the back end, it gives you the ability to be very difficult to pitch 1-9 too.

This lineup reminds me of '07 after the Lofton trade. Same type of late inning dynamics too.

Just got back from the game.

The Detroit fans that were there started showing off and getting loud when they took that 3-2 lead, but that didn't last long. It sure is fun to give a hard time to Michiganders.

Maybe it's time to start moving LaPorta up the line-up.

P.S. With Victor on the DL, and Ordonez benched for general suckitude, you look at the Detroit line-up and think "Shit, a $100 million payroll don't buy you much these days"

I disagree. As much as I'm encouraged by LaPorta, I think it's time to leave the lineup exactly the same.

Yeah, no way you change the lineup with how things are going now.

Duncan's "slide" will surely be a Top 10 play tonight.

I was thinking more along the lines of Joaquin Benoit's $5.5M.

Our entire bullpen makes $6,496,500.
