I remember last year he was good early on but then the wheels fell off right around the time they played the skankees and then he found it again.

His problem is walks, doesn't give up many hits at all. He's better than David Riske (who remember was lights out as a setup man so don't take the piss too much even for his latter season sins.)

Probably 75-100 of us who left the Monsters game came over and stood by the gates and they wouldn't let us in. It was the top of the 8th. We were probably louder than the 9600 in the ballpark. Got there just in time to see (mostly hear Hammy) Sipp's failure and then Pestano cleaning it up.

Anybody have Hannahan pegged for .286 4 11 on April 26? Me neither.

I don't expect Hannahan to hit .280 the rest of the way, but if he can keep his average in the .240-.250 range with great defense, I'd let him play there all year long. We'll see how it goes after the season starts to really grind down guy that aren't used to playing all the time. I could see his average in the .240 or lower zone by the All-Star break.

Donald's injury cost him the look-see at 3B. That ship may have sailed.
