It's time for this lineup to bust out. The first five in the Tribe lineup is as good as anybody else's when they're doing what they should. I'm looking at you Santana and Choo.

Choo .647 off Hochevar, 11-for-17. If he doesn't break out today...

Not a good sign that most of the guys getting hits are righties. I guess this is Masterson's regression to the mean. Whatever it is, he can't throw strikes right now.

Oh-Kay (cache) That's not what I was expecting for this game. I think the go-to saying is "it's early".

And WHY is Santana in the 4th slot? He seriously needs to be moved down the batting order...

Another AB without swinging.

That last pitch didn't look like a strike, though.

Anything close.

If Santana weren't the catcher, I'd pull his ass right now. No excuse to look at 6 straight strikes in 2 consecutive at bats, one with the bases loaded and the game on the line. Just ridiculous.

No, but he needs to quit bailing. Umpire's set up on the inside corner. Hang in there and it's probably a ball.

Stand tall and dig in. Turn on a ball in there.

The more Santana bails the more he looks like a wuss. The longer this goes on the less any chance he'll be getting a call in his favor. grrr.....

Again Underwood talking about Brantley having 3 hits in the opener.... he didn't, he had 1.... why is he going on about it?!

He's not 6-for-10, he's 4-for-8 with 2BBs in the series.

LaPorta is quickly entering Jhonny Peralta / Drew Gooden territory. Good stats, bad player.

And he has to lead the league in check swings at this point.

Slide piece and heater are words Underwood should get punched in the face for saying every time he says it.

Seriously, there are some words that really should be used only by people who played the game at that level.

Those are two of them IMO. Otherwise you sound like pretentious wannabe tool/knob/hump.

Joe Morgan can say slide piece. Matt Underwood cannot.

Same with 'cheese', 'cheddar', etc

I want Hammy saying "perfect game" after each one of our hitters. If some silly superstition works it could be our best chance for a baserunner. My crossed fingers just aren't working tonight.

What the hell Grady. Usually you have no problem lofting a fly ball to the OF. You know, except for when we need you to do it.
