As anticipated, RHP Jeanmar Gomez recalled from AAA Columbus by #Indians this morning. OF Travis Buck was the odd man out. Optioned to AAA.

So... does this mean that our fastest pinch runner is either Dewey Kearns or Sloth? Tony Sipp looks fast, we can use him.

Means we're without a left handed bat on the bench if we use our regular starting lineup.
Everett would be the default pinch runner.
A God Damn dead man would understand that if a minor league bus in any city took a real sharp right turn, a Zack McCalister would likely fall out. - Lead Pipe

They should have promoted Pomeranz instead. ;-)
Seriously, Jean Mar had crummy 2010 stats. His 2011 looks stellar so far, but how far away is White?
I thought Manny made a good point about having only one RH bat in the OF if Buck stayed. I doubt they lose games bacause Travis Buck ain't on the team.

If Travis Buck had two less hits he'd have a declining batting average and total number of ABs every single year of his career. I guess there's still time for him to come back and go 0-for-5.
