Infield Defense

Obviously, one of the keys to the Tribe's recent success has been the additions of Good Hannahands and Uncle Cabrera. I tried to use my Google Fu to find some way of comparing their defense to the guys we have in the wings (Chiz, Donald, Phelps, Kipinis) and came up empty.

Can any of you guys who have seen the kids play give a defensive comp? I realize Donald and Phelps play multiple positions so if you know how they rank in each one that would be ideal.
