Fausto has the sinker going well early...

Now let's keep up the good AB's and get to this turd early and often.

Soft stuff away. You can't hit that pitch with no legs in the swing.

You just can't with any consistency at all.

Anyione throwing him hard stuff in is stupid. Like they were with Marte.

Looks like a decent crowd today too. My brother made all three games this weekend.

Al and PC brought up a good point yesterday: that hip injury may have limited him in regard to the lower half. But still, it's not good. Either as an approach or as a physical limitation.

75 pitches for Bergeson through 4. looking like another 3-4 innings for that O's pen.

That was a pretty double play.

And with that Fausto has his ERA below 5..... I'm sure we all thought it would take longer than this after it sat at 30.00 after opening day.

Gets out of the mini jam.

Need to tack a couple more on and finish of Bergesen.

Fundamentals in general have been terrific all season. That's on Acta and the players so kudos there. Wasn't the case last year at all.

Yeah, bs call by the ump leads to a cheap run for Baltimore. Nice plays by Cabrera and even better pick by LaPorta to get the speedy Pie.

Fausto likely done for the day. Nice outing.

That's 3 straight excellent starts for Carmona - at least 7 innings in each and allowed only 4 runs total. He briefly got his ERA below 5 before the last run scored.(thanks in part to the missed strike 3 on Vlad)

I hate letting a pitcher get out of an inning without throwing strikes. He was going to walk the bases loaded because he didn't want to throw a strike.
