In fact, after being hit in the face, I hope while he is wailing on the ground the catcher picks the ball up and throws it right into his ugly mug again. And, the ump kicks him in the balls. And the batboy whacks him on the knees. And the team mascots play pile on with him.

Welcome aboard! Must be lonely being a baseball fan (especially an Indians' fan) in England.
There are a few players that I wouldn't mind to see hit in the face. Jose Mesa instantly springs to mind. I wouldn't cry if it happened to Jim Thome either. I'm not rooting for it, mind you, but I feel worse for Torii Hunter.
I don't think Hunter's earned a ball to the face, despite his issues. You need to commit a vile act of treachery or bean shortstops that speak their mind to deserve one.
