If all Torri only got a cut mouth, then he is very lucky.

Would never criticise anyone for hitting Hunter with a pitch, but you never wanna see anyone take one in the face!

Hope he's 100% healthy. Will it make him weary stepping into the box from now on?? He's already a bitcher if anyone comes remotely inside on him, what's his response gonna be like now?

Welcome aboard! Must be lonely being a baseball fan (especially an Indians' fan) in England.

There are a few players that I wouldn't mind to see hit in the face. Jose Mesa instantly springs to mind. I wouldn't cry if it happened to Jim Thome either. I'm not rooting for it, mind you, but I feel worse for Torii Hunter.

I don't think Hunter's earned a ball to the face, despite his issues. You need to commit a vile act of treachery or bean shortstops that speak their mind to deserve one.

The only player I ever want to see hit in the face with a pitch is AJ Pierzinski.

In fact, after being hit in the face, I hope while he is wailing on the ground the catcher picks the ball up and throws it right into his ugly mug again. And, the ump kicks him in the balls. And the batboy whacks him on the knees. And the team mascots play pile on with him.

Yeah. I hate that POS.

Ditto. I'd enjoy taking a baseball bat to Pierzynski's nuts multiple times, treating them like a pinata.

Is anyone good with those flash games, or whatever they are, to the point they could create a game modeled after whacking Pierzinski's nuts? I think that would be good entertainment for hours on end, and I'm willing to bet there'd be more than a couple major leaguers who'd like to play too.
