The collective defense up the middle in this league is off the charts. Shoulda played in the Baker Bowl and gone with the 10 million dollar pitching staff and 70 mill in bombers.
Like real baseball, preseason, it's just unfathomable to see your team doing anything less than winning 90 games and going to the playoffs.
Can't wait for the season to start. Glad we did this. Hopefully we can keep these leagues rolling. We could do some cool things here on TCF like multiple league tournaments or themed leagues.

Not to sound condescending to anybody with little to no experience in this (I've fielded a dozen teams and won a division twice IIRC, so I'm inexperienced as well), but this week more than any is when you really have yourself convinced YOUR team is the shit. Give it 2 weeks, 3 at most to bring most of us back to reality.
I'm already working on buying another team and getting something going when this one is roughly half over, which for me (and peeker) could be next Wednesday.
