IMHO, the siging of Westbrook's extension does make Carmona a little more available in the right deal to get something else the Tribe needs.

All that is known right now, which is already public knowledge, is Shapiro is burning up the phone lines looking for a late inning reliever. Nothing more than that known at this time as far as who is targetted or any names.....and nothing known about whether the Rangers deal from a few weeks back is being rekindled.
