When the Angles employ 1 left handed hitter to speak of, you think you might want to have your left hander in the buulpen ready for him?

Wow. Talk about giving a game away.

So we are not at five appearances in six games for Hernandez. WTF is Wedge doing with him? Oldberto will be Dead-and-Buriedberto in a few weeks if Wedge keeps using him this much.

WTF is was Wedge thinking when he pinch hit Garko for Marte? Why in gods green earth would you want to put Blake at 3rd even if they did take the lead then? Then he follows by almost making Garko lose his head with that throw. Hafner bailed him out on that one. Also in Fridays failed home-opener. He had Sizemore thrown out at 3rd in a strike out/throw-out DP. I thought the golden rule was too NEVER make the 1st or 3rd out at 3b. Throw in the weather and the fact VMart already went down.......Christ.

Managerial Head Scratchers in tomorrow's B-List should be fun.

I need to hear Wedge rationalize going to Oldberto again.

I'm not much of an Eric Wedge fan, but can't really get on him too much for either of those moves. Marte is hitting .136 and is virtually an automatic out. Blake is the first replacement option at 3B because Rouse is primarily a middle infielder, and has little experience at 3B. I agree that Hernandez is being overused though.

Hafner and Sizemore are the stars of this team, and they proved their worth again today. This come from behind win should give the team a big lift going into the weekend.

Eric Wedge continues to show that he is completely clueless when it comes to managing the pitching staff. I don't think he understands that other teams can adjust to pitchers they've seen earlier in a series. He certainly didn't figure that one out last week when the Tribe went for the sweep versus the White Sox.

Good Lord, I can find better managers at Dairy Queen.

Did read somewhere that Hernandez left the game with a right leg injury?

Could that be the impetus to getting him out of the pitching-every-day pattern?

My only headscratcher today is how he handled the bullpen. And, this is nothing new, as he has in the past been awful at handling a bullpen. Why in the world he is going to Hernandez yet again....and why Fultz was not in to face the lone left is beyond puzzling.

I sure as hell can, having Garko come in and hit isnt as much as an upgrade as how much you lose defensivly IMO. Especially in a close game when the night befoe Garko couldnt hit a flyball when he needed to. I realize Marte has had some issues even today, but my first thought when I seen Garko was Blake will screw up at 3rd.
