SCHWARZ: So 15 years from now, are you a manager or GM? Give me your gut.

BURKS: I really don't know. But in my gut, probably a manager because I'd like to be on the field by then, expressing different points of view with players and having the relationship with players. Being a player's manager like a Dusty Baker type.
