Belliard in trouble for extortion?

Ouch.

While I don't think this has had much affect on him signing with anyone, I do find it interesting how Belliard is still looking for a job. Maybe we over-valued Belliard as Indians fans the past couple years, because apparently he doesn't have much worth. He'll sign with someone eventually on the cheap, but it is somewhat of an eye opener.

I dont know if we "over-valued" him as much as Shapiro did (Brandon Phillips). I really liked the guy. No, he wasnt great but I think his locker-room presence was underated by many and he did get a ring...............just sayin
