Two good shows so far. Lots of guests like Showalter, Jim Leyland, Ozzie Guillen, Peter Gammons, Mark Shiapro, Chris Anontetti, Ken Griffey, etc.

Gammons and Guillen hammered home by belief that the Indians are not as bad nor need as many changes as some believe. Guillen said that the Indians, Tigers, Twins, and White Sox all have comparable lineups and rotations, but what separates them all is the bullpens. And, Gammons said he is so impressed with the lineup and young starting pitching on this team that "if they can work out that closer situation, this team will win a 100 games next year."

Again, I still feel we only need to tinker with the lineup and rotation....but the bulk of the changes needed to occur in the bullpen. Which, is what has happened so far.

I am pretty sure he said the same thing last year.

It seems like he says the same thing about the Indians every year.

Well, it isn't just Gammons. Neyer, Stark, guys at BA, etc are saying the same thing.

I tend to agree with them, as this has been my stance all along. You fix the bullpen.....hell make it at least league average....and we are at least a 90 win team. If the bullpen bounces back close to 2005 performance, then 95 or more is a possibility.
