Cavs are not Jonesing for other shooters

Clearly, Cavs guard Damon Jones hasn't been all he was hyped to be when signed to a lucrative off-season deal - though, granted, the 3-point specialist has played better lately.
Yet, Jones has still probably performed best among the group of various free-agent guards that the Cavs actively pursued last summer - before settling on him.
Of that group, rookie Sarunas Jasikevicius (Indiana) has been an overhyped flop for the Pacers - while experienced players Earl Watson (Seattle), Antonio Daniels (Washington), Marko Jaric (Minnesota), Dan Dickau (Boston) and Jannero Pargo (Chicago) have made very little impact with their new teams.
Another free agent considered by the Cavs - Steve Blake of Portland - has done fairly well with as a Trail Blazers starter. That reminds us of Earl Little, when the former Browns safety had a fluke solid season on a terrible 2003 squad: Even on bad teams, someone has to have a good season - and Blake's decent performance with sorry Portland may fit that humble category
