So we go to San Antonio and we get cranked in two games. Sounds a lot like last year vs Detroit. We got it handed to us then as well. But we fought back and won three straight. And chances of this happening again?

When you think about it, it seems to be a simple matter of focus. Last year, Cavs fans and LeBron fans were looking for a playoff series win. We got that, then got stunned by the Pistons. We fought back, but couldn't close it out.

This year, we were looking to just overcome the hurdle that was the Pistons. Done. Now we're getting stunned by the Spurs. I'm sorry, but I just don't see this being a coincedence. Its focus and effort.

As for this game, we've got to prove to ourselves that we can hang with this team. Maybe we can pull off some good play when we get back home...

1. The Spurs are in a different class. It shows you how far away the Pistons, Cavs and Bulls are.

2. Van Gundy was correct. If you take the guy out for too long you essentially foul-out your own player. Sitting Lebron for 9:00 minutes, well, that was like fouling him out.

3. Eric Snow cannot be the player to spell James. There is a reason any fan with half a brain knew the cavs would be stuck between 15 and 20 the entire time the guy is in the game.

6. I beileve I unnderestimated how weak the East was, not how one dimensional the Cavs are. They are stll The Cav. Unless someone can name me a player that has played well this playoff season. Crummy game. I only occasionally looked at it after halftime. Instead, I decided to get some Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess playing time in.

I think this team can do better in Cleveland, but I have a hard time seeing them pulling out a series win. Steve is right, focus is key - but there's still a lack of talent in some areas. PG hurts and an injured Larry even at SG is of no help.

Ferry needs to try to overhaul the roster as best he can in the offseason.

The Cavs have absolutely no room for error at home. Have to win all three. They can't lose one and expect to win two in SA.

I see us losing one, unfortunately, at home. You never know, but I just can't see us rattling off three straight at home against this SA team. LeBron can't do it all, and there is a HUGE coach mismatch in this series.

Larry took the needle for 2 weeks. Stop hatin' on him. It's Browns' fault playing him. There's other reasons to be disappointed w/ Hughes, but not this series.

Ferry really screwed the pooch with his retail therapy session the year before last. We are left with out a single real contributer other thann Hughes so-so play, no impact layer next to Bron, and we are in cap lock down until Bron's deal runs out I think. Sucks. Is this correct? Mac? Anyone? Ev'ry one?

The Cavs are where the 90's Cavs are, except PG now = banger/enforcer & shot creater then. Capped out and left with fatal flaws we can not correct.

We are a reliable front court scorer and legit PG away from mathcing up agianst the best of the west. When I write this, I mean all-star calibur at both, not jabroni. Let Boobie be spot up instant offense, not saddle him w/ ball responsibilties.

Objectively, Mike Brown is not inept as a game in game out X's and O's guy who should be fired, but he is no championship coach. Maybe he grows into one, but the idea of him OJTing on us is putrid. Then again, who is a bona fide NBA championship coach right now? I could about 4 living human beings under 80 years old right now. What does that tell you?

Never have we been so close, never does it feel so far.

With Bron, all things are possible.
