Kyrie itching to get the F out of Cleveland?

Unread postby British_Pharaoh » Thu Jan 30, 2014 5:41 pm

Kyrie Irving has reportedly been "telling people privately he wants out [of Cleveland]," according to ESPN's Chad Ford.
The Cavs have a 16-29 record this season, the Andrew Bynum experiment failed, Mike Brown's offense is stagnating, Dion Waiters hasn't made a leap in his second season, and the Cavs are just 4-6 since acquiring Luol Deng. It's no surprise to hear rumblings of dissatisfaction from Irving, whose own defensive issues are part of the problem, but this report came in the context of a live chat and we'd caution against reading too much into it.

Rotoworld

We need to fire Mike Brown (it ain't gonna get better, we know that) and start getting some pieces around Irving otherwise the Cavs are in for a decade of obscurity

C'mon. It's only been 45 games or so. Coach Brown has a system that takes time master. I read this on the internet, btw, so you know it's accurate.
I don't need to be patient, they're going to be shit forever.

Brown is gash. His offense never amounted to anything during the LeBron era.
The defense is still looking shoddy.

Kyrie has been counting the days well before Mike Brown got here.

Though I suppose Mike Brown along with Dion Waiters make up two of the hundred or so reasons he'd want to leave against zero reasons to stay.

Thinking that guy is gonna stay is as dopey as thinking Lebron is coming back.

I call bullshit on this. It just doesn't make sense that any of these guys would want out of Cleveland.

I can think of 80 million reasons why he might want to stay for another four or five years. If he's not worried about actually winning something.

BWAH!!!!!! It's because of Mike Brown !!!!! If you're truly that obtuse keep watching this entertaining bunch of hard chargers play the game. And remember, anyone can win in the NBA. It's set up to ensure fairness and equality.

Seriously, when will people figure out that NO ONE wants to play here if they have any other options.

End of story. Move on. Send the fucking diseased organization to Seattle. Not ever going to work here.

So he doesn't get paid at all if he plays elsewhere? ;-) ;)

It still might be worth it to him. I've lived here my whole life. I'd take a LOT less to play in a liveable city Nov through February.

Unless, by some miracle 23 comes back? I'd much rather have the NHL in town. (realize you've seen me mention this on twitter before).

CBJ, Pitt, and Detroit all seem to be rather into their respective franchises. Let's get our own.

By the way, don't even remotely fault Kyrie.

IF I were him, playing in this organization? Hell Yeah, I'd want out.

I'm betting if we put an all "star" team from this forum on the floor to face the Knicks they wouldn't got so many lay-ups & dunks on us as our group of pussys laid down for last nite.

DISGRACEFUL.

My 13 year old son refuses to even go watch them now.
