Do you think Larry got the memo that he needed to stop shooting jumpers and drive to the hoop more?

Gotta hit FT's. We're not going to win if we don't hit FT's.

very good first quarter. I wish they would have made more FTs but I can't complain about the effort. Let's just hope we don't get one of the cavs famous 8 minute scoring draughts plagued with one pass jumpers and turnovers.
Coming from a Wolverine, we're the football equivalent of a formerly abused wife of a meth addict who just remarried the safe nice guy. We're just glad we have someone who's aware that it's a rivalry and that tackling on defense is integral. Baby steps.

Through one quarter we've already missed 5 FT's. This can't continue. Yes, we're up 5, but that lead won't stand if we keep missing those freebies.

More or less our style and when a team can force Detroit to play their game that is a big deal.

OK Marv, we're excited and bit surprised as well buy you don't have to say "The Cavaliers? with a 7 point lead" as if we were one game away from obtaining a lottery pick...sheeesh.

Pistons 35 at half? WOW!!!

Lebron............not so much

That is the best part when you think about it.

He really hasn't broke a sweat or even attempted to force his will on this game.

Detroit is not giving their fans much to cheer about. Cavs rebounding is a plus. Hope to see LeBron score more in the 2nd half.

Is the the third block shot on Pavs?

He is not using his head (or his body) when closing in the basket.

For all intents and purposes, it's even heading into the 4th. This is what it all boils down to. Someone's going to have to step up and make big shots. If not LeBron, then someone.

This is our chance to steal a win. Get a win in one of the first two games is what we need, and to get one in Game 1 would be huge.

Z coming up big down the stretch. Let's go get this one!

I didn't mind the play call though with Z shooting that last shot.

Fucking A. Lebron had the look! Granted Yell was open and should have hit that shot, but Lebron pretty much had a layup.

If I am not mistaken, the Cavs are out of timeouts. Which means the game is pretty much over cause we ain't going the length of the court in 2.8 seconds.

This is where those early free throw misses hurt us. I've said all along that free throw shooting would cost us a game. I was hoping it would be against Washington though. Barring a miracle, this is the one.
