Never going to happen, and if it did it would only be b/c the CBJ left town. the people who gained the most from this announcement is the CBuS sports talk radio guys who now have a weeks worth of show prep done for them.
I understand why the city would want two tenets in the arena it now currently owns, but it doesn't pass the common sense test. The Cbus area is just too small for 3 pro leagues (I'm counting the buckeyes , and not counting the crew).
Instead of this I offer up my old idea of having the Cavs play a few games every year in Cbus, and the CBJ play a few in Ctown.
