Calderon with an awful pass, Kidd steals it, game and series over. Disappointing. I hate Vince Carter, so I was hoping he'd lose.

You could see that happening. Calderon looked like he had no idea what was happening on the play. I mean, he looked lost.

That bugs the hell out of me, yes...but most of the players in the NBA do that kind of stuff. What REALLY bugs me about Vince is that he flat out quit on his team in Toronto. Not just took it easy, not just didn't give 100% effort every play, but quit. I have a real big problem with that. I've rooted against him in everything he has done since then, save for that one game against the Bulls at the end of the regular season. I hope he signs with the worst team in the league in the offseason, and they continue to stink it up for the remainder of his career.

And, I think you can tell from some previous posts that I'm well aware that most of the league right out of "and one"

Another reason it was better in the late seventies and early eighties. I could just see Carter standing over a Trailblazer reserve guard after a down by twenty dunk, and Lucas coming over and punching him in the teeth.
