Cavs-Wizards Gamethread: Now 80% less Drama

Unread postby peeker643 » Sun Feb 13, 2011 2:36 am

I'm going for two in a row much to my personal chagrin.

Hey, there's not much competition in starting these things right now.

If the Wiz are ever going to break their 25 game road losing streak it's this evening.

And 6pm Sunday starts blow. Fitting for this game though.

Gotta watch that 1pm Miami vs Celtics game. See if Miami can hold the #1 seed in the East.

I might watch but it's only because I hope to see a building fire.

^Had the same response. Like its always been... They looked better, but they are Hawks ISO on steroids. They can play enough defense to make it close, but will be dominated by teams that have bigs that can move.

Oh and I hate them.

Getting that next long losing streak started by giving Washington its first road win of the season.

It's too late now. There was something beautiful going on that they wrecked Friday.

Now they suck balls and are boring and irrelevant.

Is 7 turnovers in 1 quarter bad?

Is it small of me to wish JJ would swallow that fucking mouthpiece instead of gnawing on it all goddam night.

I hate everything about this team.

Everything. And the comedy is gone. Thanks OJ.

I hoped for the wrong building to burn earlier this morning.

At least Celtics-Heat is compelling.

Getting run by the fucking Wizards....

Thoroughly.

I hope they all eat sushi that's been sitting under a heat lamp.

Nice defense, Cavs. We're "holding" the Wizards to 60% shooting in the first half.

Solid first half effort. Only down 22.

At least they're no longer an embarrassment after Friday.

Too hard to watch. Letting them do whatever they want, and throwing the ball away. Think best ping-pong odds are still ours...

The hardest part is the just being out muscled by every team in the league. Watching us give up 2 and 3 extra chances. If we don't land the #1 and Irving, we better go for LEGIT SIZE.

Ah, there's nothing like watching Jamario Moon and Anthony Parker play starring roles on your favorite basketball team.

So they turn on the game up at the Sports Park, around the beginning of the 2nd quarter. One of the cats workin' there was mumbling about Ryan Hollins. I repeated what I said here last week - that if Ryan Hollins ain't hackin' anyone or extending his league lead in 3 second violations, you'd never know he was alive. Not 4 seconds later - "3 seconds, Ryan Hollins." Got a crisp high five.

Only reason I told that story was because, to date, that's my most exciting Cav fan moment of the season. And I don't see anything beating it out.

Peeks correct, that win ruined things. In a macabe way it kept me watching a little more. Now I can't imagine taking more than the occasional look in for the remainder of the season.
