Record-tying ballgame God willing.

As long as they don't get squirrely tonight in Memphis.

C'mon Cavs, gotta make it happen.

Single season is 23, this 24 over 2 seasons shit is bunk if you ask me.

Be that as it may, I'm not thinking the national media or record book writers are interested or willing to re-write it.

So if there is a record for abysmal, shit-worthy play out there to be had, this team deserves it.

They've earned every bit of it honestly too.

Go get it boys. :salute:

Yeah. This is not a team that is tanking for a draft pick or ping pong balls. This is a team putting their best 5 available on the floor every night and playing their asses off.

Imagine if they were tanking on purpose. What would that look like?

The team available for Scott two nights ago might actually be worse.

Honestly.

That team he had available wouldn't win 10 games in a year.

Yes our current lineup is downright D-League. Sad thing is in my mind it improves taking Hickson off the floor and putting UDFA Samules in...

Is mother the reason this team is playing hard tonite. He is indeed a man you need to impress when he graces you with his presence.

Or is it that Portland is a poor road team?
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

The single-season record is nice, but I want the grand daddy of shitty NBA basketball. No offseason is gonna get in the team's way this time. No asterisks.

Finish the job fellas.

Let's Go Mavs

You guys do realize that WE ALREADY OWN THE FUCKING RECORD, right? We're just breaking our own record. So what's the point?

Let's win a damned game already. Doing it in Dallas would be great. Can you imagine the meltdown from Mark Cuban if Cleveland comes into his house and beats his team? It'd be epic.

Yeah, but that was cheapened by one season ending and another beginning as I've mentioned 180 times n other threads.

Two different rosters, two different years. This means more.

Let's win a game? What the fuck for? So the next 20 game streak can start? So a ridiculous win or two in April against teams that have quit or clinched can fuck up a lottery ball?

Fuck that. They'll win another precious game Herm. You can jump up and down when it happens and thank God the nightmare is all over until you realize it isn't the next night the same team takes the floor.

They can lose out and it doesn't make a bit of difference. Not a bit. Unless you're really interested in the difference between 9 and 11 wins on the season. And I'm not.
Not a bit. And yet I watch every game. It's better than The Office.

So yeah, thanks for the information that was already understood and really didn't need to be reiterated. Unless you're not watching these games and reading each thread (in the event someone actually starts one. ;-) ;)

And shit, spare me the 'these guys deserve a win' shit too. They lost every fucking bit of my respect the night they collectively sucked off LBJ on national TV.

You root for 'em. :bag:

Hey I mentioned it here first, yet you jumped down my throat in the other thread. Anyone see that ball bounce off Hicksons chin?

I did. Sessions hit Gooden...err...Hickson again with the pass and for the 2nd night in a row Drew looked shocked by the offering.

The good news is Sessions is adapting. He damn near put the ricochet in to cut it to two. ::doh::

That was a real hot potato when we had the ball late within 2 points. Even Ricky Davis was alpha enough to take a shot there.

This is exciting really. This team has the chance to set an NBA record every single night they take the court.

I never would have thought they'd be this compelling after July 2010.

Hope through Gilbert my balls. Hope is in the losing.

I'll say it in The Weekend Wrap that will run after the game tonight but suffice it to say losing big is the way out and that after this team collectively licked the balls of LBJ on 12.2.10 I'm perfectly fine with this group of knob gobblers owning this record and setting a new one every night.

Fuck them and understand our salvation is their sucking.

You only have to lose enough to own the worst record. Is their not a point that going beyond that hurts long term viability?

Dude, they have a 3 game 'lead' over the T Wolves in that regard despite having lost 24 straight and 34/35. If you think they've wrapped that up you're crazier than Ron Artest.

They do something stupid like win 3 of 10 and they might fuck up all this hard work they put in.

And yeah, there's definitiely a punitive element to my joy in watching this bunch of suckling pigs who licked the balls of the guy that laid us open on national tv struggle and flail as they drown. If I could I'd throw them an anchor to cling to.

If that makes me a bad person then so be it. You can read the article for the rest. ;-) ;)

Yeah...saw that the first time. They ain't there yet as highlighted above. If they finish the year with a 3 game lead over the Wolves then they fucked up and lost two too many.
