I don't like it.

I think it should be Peyton Hillis.

Sizemore should be replaced with Santana. Or at least Choo.

Altered the thread title a bit. From now on, whoever starts a game thread, get the matchup in the title somewhere. You can take liberties and add some humor, just get the matchup in there, so we know what game it's for.

Sorry Cass, thread title is still off. Should read Cavs@Nets. Nets@Cavs is tomorrow's game.

(I better be right, cuz I'm leaving Brooklyn for Newark in an hour. Would suck if I had to sit there for a day.)

Boobie reeling us back in. As an aside, anyone see that Indy just hung a 54 point quarter on Denver? Yikes.

I love this team. Love them.

It's easy to say that while on a 3-game winning streak, but even during their 3-game losing streak I didn't get down on them. Still loved them.

Keep this play up and my win prediction may be more then fanboy homerism. Another game where we had plenty chippin' in...

Love seeing how Sessions and Boobie step up when Mo is off his game. This team, flawed as it is, is greater than the performance of one player.

This team is turning into quite the fourth quarter monster. That desparation 3-pointer by Parker was a back breaker. That's the second time this year he did that.

They're still having a problem on the defensive glass. Way too many offensive rebounds by NJ. They've cut way down on the turnovers, though, which is a positive.

Any kind of decent free throw shooting by the team and a normal shooting night by Mo and this one's a blowout. Nice job by Boobie and Sessions in the 4th quarter. It looks like Sessions can get into the paint anytime he wants. He needs to work on his runner, though, because he can't always get the layup.

I didn't see a lot of Princeton tonight, especially in the 4th quarter. It seemed like they were back to last year's pick-and-roll most of the time. Maybe Scott thought it would work better against the Nets.

I agree with Choo over Grady on the banner. At this point I'd put Byron Scott up there representing the Cavs if I had to go with somebody, but if it has to be a player JJ is as good a choice as any.

We always have been a 4th quarter specialist, nice to see we don't need LeBron to close out games.

27 assists and 5 guys in double figures for points.

THIS is a team

I forgot to mention that Hollins is a slug. Five fouls in 7:28. The guy can't get out of his own way. He was stumbling around out there banging into New Jersey Nets every time he turned around. He even fouled a guy shooting a 3-pointer. It wasn't like he was fouling to prevent a dunk or layup.

I liked his length and movement skills when I first saw him but I'm quickly souring on the guy. He needs to get it together because Andy can't go 48 minutes every game, not with the way this team pushes the tempo.

An option would be to have JJ play center when Andy sits and put Jamison at the 4. But JJ is doing so well that it would be stupid to mess with success and ask him to play two positions. Let him keep doing what he's doing and concentrate on becoming a great power forward. But Hollins is going to hurt us if he doesn't get it together. I'm hoping he just had a bad night like Mo. I'll be watching him closely tonight.

All right, I just looked at Hollins' stats and I'm going to cut him some slack. He's been a very good offensive player off the bench, averaging 7 points in 14.9 minutes per game. Projecting that out to 34 minutes, which is what Andy is averaging, gives Hollins 16 ppg and 5.5 rebounds. Not bad, although you'd like to see more boards from a 7-footer.

Unfortunately, he'd never get to 34 minutes because he'd foul out after 30. He's averaging nearly 3 fouls in those 15 minutes, so that's where he needs to improve. But he's hitting 71% of his field goals and almost 80% of his free throws, so you have to like that.

I'd rather it be a player just for the sake of having the uniform up there instead of just a suit.
