i want to see shaq v howard again. the first game shaq wasn't even playin well yet and he got howard in foul trouble right away. now diez is playin good ball.

most of the time reg season doesn't give much of an indication of how playoffs could go, but last year orlando gave us a REAL hard time in the regular season and it was a precursor to the playoffs.

this game has to mean something to the cavs. not sayin we should ledge if they lose because they got to lose sooner or later. not saying a win guarantees anything, but a strong performance should encourage us for the playoffs. i mean, if you can't get excited over a win, why watch the games anyway.

Orlando played last night, so even if the Cavaliers thrash them, which I expect them to, it will be because of the Magic being tired. Cleveland, as of right now, is the best team going. Regardless of the outcome, I don't see the Magic being capable of beating the Cavaliers in a seven game series in playoffs, might be short-sighted for saying it, but Van Gundy may actually have too many guys that can play and keeping everyone happy isn't easy.

I don't want to begrudge Vince his outstanding game, but take out the 48 pointer and his "resurgent February" consists of 18 ppg at 39% from the field. Yeah, that's better than January. But it's actually worse than the shitty November and December scoring numbers he put up.

And yes, when it comes to Vince you absolutely can judge him just by looking at ppg and shooting percentage.

They did, but it was not enough to determine the game. I thought the Cavs had a few favorable calls go their way. (Shaq pushing off on the alley oop, Shaq pushing Howard out of bounds and Andy selling an elbow to the jaw like a gunshot).

I thought it was a pretty physical game though. Could have been a lot more fouls called, the refs tried to let them play.
