Well, that sucked. Just to ledge for a moment, these are the kind of games that convince me LeBron is going to exit Cleveland so fast he'll leave a vapor trail. He goes superhuman at the end and they still lose. That second half had warts all the hell over it. So many turnovers. The Cavs didn't deserve to win that one. Hopefully it'll light a fire under their ass, convince them that you have to concentrate for more than the last five minutes of a game. Defense was super on that last possession, forced a kid just up from the D-League into a guarded fallaway three. It just went in.

As for a definition of bullshit shots, any time anyone makes a shot over the backboard it's bullshit. If it's LeBron, Kobe or Kyle Korver. Still bullshit. But bullshit shots are a part of the game. If you don't want to complain about them, then have a lead that's big enough at that point that it holds up despite the bullshit.

It's horribly frustrating to keep losing to these West teams when they're minus their best player. Dallas without Dirk, Denver without Melo and now Utah without Deron for the majority of the game? And to keep losing when the Celtics lose too? Need to get as much ground as we can on those fuckers.

I couldn't figure out why he was taking out the ball either. Also, James missed an open Redz when inbounding at one point then had to take a 20. I think that's when they took it at half court and Z got fouled and went 1-2.

But LeBron is part of the problem, and he'll be part of the problem no matter where he goes, as long as he's bound and determined to go solo whenever the going gets tough.

Last spring, everyone was saying that LBJ was so obviously surrounded by an inadequate supporting cast because he averaged 40 PPG in the ECF and the Cavs still lost the series. But there is no way on Earth any player, even of LeBron's caliber, should average 40 PPG in a playoff series. That's not about an inadequate supporting cast. That's about LBJ trying to go one-on-five and taking everyone else out of their rhythm.

LBJ might not have gotten Mo to have a better series, but he did take Mo out of his game and turned him into a catch-and-shoot gunner. He did the same with Redz, so it's a credit to Redz that he actually had a pretty decent series vs. Orlando.

As long as Bron continues to kill the offense with his LeIso act, he's going to be a detriment to a team's overall offensive game. Doesn't matter if his top lieutenants are Mo Williams, Shaq, Chris Bosh, Brook Lopez, Devin Harris or whoever else.

I'm beginning to think that what the Cavs might need is a coach who gets in LBJ's face when he does the LeIso thing. Someone who isn't afraid of some friction with his superstar. Everything is copacetic between LBJ and MB mostly because MB rarely pushes the issue with LeBron. Brown is a tactician, a basketball bookworm, who often defers leadership of the team to his superstar. But then you have no accountability on the part of the superstar.

MB and his staff have the right idea, according to Windy. They're calling plays and trying to encourage offensive execution. But the delivery is apparently lacking. So maybe Bron needs a coach who matches him in the ego department. Maybe he needs a guy who tells him things he doesn't want to hear, a guy he maybe doesn't like all the time.

I'm not saying the Cavs need a total dick for a head coach. But they might need a guy who isn't afraid to piss LBJ off sometimes.

You're right, if there's one thing the Cavs have been lacking it is a guy who has averaged 55 games per year for the past 5 years.
