Now What?

I just wanted to pose a question to all of our superb posters out there...What do the cavs do with this win?
A. View this win as a sign they are the best team in the East and go out and catch the Pistons as they set forth on their 5 game west coast swing.
or
B. They view this win as a sign they can win in Detroit if they have to and begin to take some time off to "refuel" for the final run and end up a 2 or 3 seed.

I hate to say this after such a great win, but if history is any indication choice B. seems the more likely. I, however, am hoping this is a "changing of the guard" game which catapults them into the A. category for good.

Any thoughts?
