What A Game ... Cavs 101 Pistons 97 In OT

Man ... LeBron is a man possessed all of the sudden. Carbon copy of last year when he was taking heat for failing to produce late in games, then just absolutely dominated the fourth quarter of most of the games after the break.

This year, it's effort he's been criticized for. And he has been amazing ... ever since that Simmons column.

40, 6, and 8. 3 steals. 17-31 from the field. 5-6 from the line.

Great win. Huge for between the ears given how bad the Pistons punked us in CTown 2x in the first half. Great to see Big Shot Chauncey Vanderjagt that layup with 20 seconds left in OT. And that shot by LeBron at the end of regulation! I thought he had it ...

Nice games tonight from Z and Drew as well. Only 8 turnovers for the Cavs, in a game that went into extra time. They looked sharp, focused. Free throws almost killed em again though.

A great, great basketball game. One of the best reg season Cavs games I can ever remember.

Don't forget about Hughes. He had a good all round game.

He did, I just didn't want to get the FightDr started. :-) :)

Played great D all night. Got some big boards, including a couple clutch ones late. Initiated the O all night, and we had just 8 giveaways.

It was an all around great game, everyone did their job.
Lebron has been stepping up like the leader we all know he can be.
Now let's go get that #1 seed.

I think the strangest scene of the evening was after the game. The Pistons seemed to be almost proud of the Cavs for their effort, as Sheed, Rip and Big Shot all made concerted efforts to come over and show some love to some of the Cavs.

It was almost like the first time you beat your dad at some event. He is made that he lost to his son, but proud that his son has come far along to get to the point he is at.

It could be an epic EC Finals if the Cavs can maintain this level of play.
