Move Atlanta to Winnipeg, and Florida to Regina, or Seattle, or Portland. Place both teams in the Western Conferance.
Then move the CBJ, and Detroit to the east. (it's asinine to have two Eastern Time Zone teams in the Western Conferance).
(This is third on my Sports wish list right behind a College football playoff, and a Baseball Salary cap.)
