I haven't even finished cooking them yet, but I can already smell greatness. Recipe is for two, with lots of leftovers:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of bacon, diced
1 lb fajita vegetables from Acme
Brown chicken in olive oil, set aside. Drain skillet, cook bacon, when the pan gets oily, add vegetables, pepper, and salt. Slice cooked chicken into fajita slices, and add to the skillet with cilantro when vegetables are nice and soft. Load into heated tortillas, along with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
