I could have one every day in the winter with either lunch or dinner...
Minestrone, Won-Ton & homemade Chicken noodles are old reliables for me...
Made a creamy cauliflower and black bean w/ bacon & cilantro last week...
Making potato/leek tonight and Panera's brocolli-cheddar Thursday for the first time

Is that the phrase you were thinking?
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

Panera might as well be another payroll tax for me. Their black bean, brocoli-cheddar and tomato are all weekly musts. Love good soups. My MiL makes outstanding navy bean & ham as well as creme of asparagus soups all the time and it's a sad day if there's not a big bowl going home with me.

Do ya order Panera's in the bread heads?
Where were those in my experimental drug days?
Had the tomato bisque @ Lola's for lunch last week...maybe THE best tomato I've ever had?
Your MiL is an angel...does she take orders?

She's been divorced a couple times Rob. I'm guessing 'no' on the order taking thing.
But my God the woman can cook.
And she's always got a fully stocked bar of the best bourbons available.
Maybe she is an angel.

Soup is for old people with no teeth to chew.
Unless you consider Chili, soup. Chili is great, the beans make me fart and farting is always fun.
